Participants will learn how to reduce lead time, improve quality and understand the various forms of waste in a production system. Additionally, students will discover the secrets to standardizing by learning the 5-S system. The program is delivered by tackling real-life challenges in smaller workgroups so students can learn first-hand the nature of group dynamics and facilitating change.

This class provides training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in general industry. Both the 10- and 30-hour classes are open to everyone. The 10-hour class is recommended for entry-level workers in industries such as health care, factory operations, warehousing, manufacturing, storage and others $219 (Cost is subject to change). The 30-hour class is recommended for safety professionals and other employees involved with workplace safety $625 (Cost is subject to change).

For individuals, OSHA training can be a resume builder, a chance to network, a bid for membership on the company’s safety committee and an opportunity to increase awareness and make a difference for yourself, your co-workers and your employer. Yellow Belt
In this program, students learn the very basics of the Lean Six Sigma methodology so they can act as support staff members to Green, Black and Master Black Belts, or begin their journey towards a leaner, more efficient manufacturing system. Students will become vital team members of an organization’s production process. As a Yellow Belt, employees will have the ability to review, analyze and suggest improvements for projects employing basic Six Sigma methodology.
After completing this certification course, participants will be able to implement the full gamut of Lean tools, utilize flexible problem-solving techniques, and prevent problems before they happen.
Green Belt
A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a professional trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, who is capable of implementing and sustaining high-impact projects. A Green Belt should dedicate 20% of their time to developing improvement initiatives and leading project teams.
In this program, which includes an optional certification exam, you will learn gain the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, create and lead projects using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) problem-solving methodology. Certified Green Belts will have a solid understanding of the daily practices and behaviors needed to support a continuous improvement culture and facilitate processes in all areas of an organization.
Successful completion of an optional assessment test is required for Green Belt certification.
Black Belt
The Six Sigma Black Belt is a dedicated professional who is highly trained and experienced in advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, who routinely works on implementing and sustaining complex, high-impact projects. As a certified Black Belt and organizational transformation facilitator, a Black Belt should dedicate one-third of their time or more to developing improvement initiatives and leading project teams while providing training and mentoring.
During this certification program, you will learn advanced Lean Six Sigma tools, expert problem-solving methodology and the coaching and leadership skills needed to help any organization achieve direct, quantifiable and substantial cost savings.
Successful completion of the required assessment test is mandatory for Black Belt certification.
