HACC's Gettysburg Campus continues to offer noncredit sessions meant to enrich your personal life during the cooler months ahead.

New this fall is "Getting Paid to Talk," an introduction to voice acting offered at the Gettysburg Campus from 6:30-9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15. Another session is available from 6:30-9 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 19 at HACC's York Campus. Cost is $39.

During the two and a half hour session, students from every walk of life will learn what it takes to become a professional voice actor. From the basics to studio recording and landing jobs, Senior Creative Director for Voice Coaches John Gallogly will introduce participants to this exciting field. Gallogly has been involved in acting voice work, singing and performance since age nine. His industry experience, including his work as a professional announcer, provides broad perspective to aspiring voice actors across the country.
