Sally Klein, of Harrisburg, served on the Dauphin County Board of Commissioners from 1991 until 2000. In addition to holding the position of chairman of the Board, she also served as vice-chair and chairman of the Election Board of Dauphin County during her terms of office. Klein also served Dauphin County as Register of Wills/Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division.
An active community participant, she has served on many Boards of Directors, and is currently on the boards of the Dauphin County Library System, Keystone Human Services, Open Stage of Harrisburg and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Harrisburg.
Klein holds both a bachelor's and master's degree from Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA. She is married to Joseph A. Klein and has two children.
William M. Murray, MD, is president and chief engineer of Precision Medical Devices, Inc. of Mechanicsburg. Previously, he operated a private orthopaedic surgery practice in Harrisburg.
The author of many scientific publications, Murray is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Pennsylvania Medical Society and Rotary International. He also has held directorships with several organizations, including the Harrisburg Symphony, WITF, Inc., Harrisburg Rotary Club, The Alban Institute, Inc. and Wilson College.
Murray holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Haverford College, Haverford, PA, and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Yale University, New Haven, CT. He completed his doctorate in medicine from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his internship at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, TX; his general surgery residency at Harrisburg Hospital; and his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine, Pittsburgh, PA.
