Harrisburg, PA — The Live at Rose Lehrman Series at the Rose Lehrman Arts Center on the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, announces its 2009-10 season featuring a collection of exceptional shows.
The season features four professional major dance events including “Thank You, Gregory – A Tribute to the Legends of Tap;” dynamic Argentine tango music and dance of Cuartetango; Streb – Extreme Action Dance Company; and the modern, masterful Koresh Dance Company. Additionally, the Live at Rose Lehrman season features the iconic Woodstock folk legend Richie Havens; the exciting Celtic mix of the Tartan Terrors and the “fiddles on fire”of Barrage. Two family events include a return visit of Theatreworks USA for “Seussical” and the Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia’s puppetry in “Goodnight Moon”and “The Runaway Bunny.”

The Cat in the Hat emcees this romp through Dr. Seuss classics adapted from the Broadway version. Familiar characters of The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, Horton and the Grinch.
