LEBANON – Students thinking about attending college can get the most up-to-date information at a free “Get It Started” open house at the Lebanon Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
The event is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at the campus, 735 Cumberland St.
“We invite everyone to the open house to see the campus first hand, learn about HACC’s programs and discover the flexibility in preparing for a career or to transfer,” said Kay Litman, campus director of enrollment services. “Staff will be on hand to share information, including the new art and trade programs here at the Lebanon Campus.”
Litman added, “This event can help people see their options and help them make college work.”
Visitors also will have the opportunity to tour the campus and learn more about enrolling, financial aid and scholarships.
Guests can also find out more about English as a Second Language (ESL) and Spanish General Education Development (GED) classes held at the Lebanon campus. Services to help students succeed which include: academic advising, career and transfer services and learning support services will also be highlighted.
Information also will be provided on student life, clubs and activities.
