Discount offered to veterans

GETTYSBURG – Those with a passion for fitness can apply it to a full-time career or part-time work with a 36-hour program at the Gettysburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
HACC-Gettysburg Campus is offering the American Council on Exercise (ACE) curriculum for personal trainer certification. ACE is recognized industry wide as the standard for fitness certifications and is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
Classes are scheduled from 6-9 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, March 21-April 27. The $715 cost includes tuition, text book, course materials and the ACE examination fee. Students must be 18 years old or older and have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED).
