HARRISBURG, Pa. – The HACC Foundation recently provided funding for key projects at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, including funding for conference travel for students in a national honor society.
The HACC Foundation, a nonprofit organization that raises private contributions in support of HACC, approved $66,733.50 for projects at the College. This funding is made possible through generous contributions from individual and organizational donors.
Linnie S. Carter, Ph.D., APR, vice president of college advancement at HACC and executive director of the HACC Foundation, said, “The HACC Foundation was established in 1985, when the need to financially support the College’s mission and vision was recognized. Without the generous support from the HACC Foundation, some of the amazing initiatives at HACC simply would not be possible. Today, donors continue to contribute millions of dollars to invest in our mission. We are eternally grateful for their ongoing support of our students and the community. Our donors are incredibly generous and understand the importance of our mission.”
