HACC, York Barbell Host Information Session for Personal Training Program

YORK, Pa. – HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, and York Barbell will host an information session about the opportunity to earn a Personal Trainer Certificate from HACC.

On Dec. 7, 2018, at 10 a.m., the public is invited to York Barbell, 3300 Board Road, to learn about the 20-week course and how to earn an industry-recognized certification in personal training upon completion of the course.

“We are very excited to continue this partnership with York Barbell. We have offered this course at York Barbell in the past and appreciate the organization’s continued support to expand personal training education in the York area,” said Nina Kottcamp, coordinator of the College’s Personal Trainer Certificate Program.

In addition, self-guided tours of the Weightlifting Hall of Fame and Museum and special promotions in the York Barbell store will be available.

The program costs $3,950 and is offered at both York Barbell and HACC’s Harrisburg Campus starting Jan. 8, 2019.
