The Board of Trustees of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, has full confidence in John J. “Ski” Sygielski, MBA, Ed.D., HACC’s president and CEO, and his senior leadership team and stands united with them.
Sygielski, has been HACC’s president since July 2011. As president, he has engaged all constituency groups to make the tough decisions needed to ensure the sustainable future of the College, and he has done so with high moral and ethical values, transparency and a philosophy of servant leadership.
Sygielski and his Cabinet have to make difficult decisions and stand strong together to accomplish these critical operational and fiscal steps that will keep HACC a high-quality institution of higher learning for the benefit of our students.
The HACC Board of Trustees, as the governing body of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, STRONGLY rejects the decision to move forward with a vote of no confidence, which was made by a small group of employees.
