Students and employees at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, and community members invested in the future of Pennsylvania’s largest and oldest community college participated in data collection and future visioning sessions to determine key themes that outline the core values, goals and objectives to move the College forward.
“Our new strategic plan provides a guide for the next three years as we look to the needs of our 21st-Century current and future students combined with the future sustainability of the College and expanded strategic partnerships. We, as the community’s college, embrace our core values in a ‘Circle of Caring’ that includes the cornerstones of caring by creating our future together, caring for each other and caring by doing what is right,” said HACC President and CEO John J. “Ski” Sygielski, MBA, Ed.D.
The overall strategic plan strategies are:
Reimagine employee success together
Reimagine student success together
Amplify our impact through strategic partnerships
Embrace and promote next-generation teaching and learning
Ensure HACC’s long-term sustainability
The 2022-25 Strategic Plan was adopted May 3, 2022, by the HACC Board of Trustees.
