“I was very excited attending HACC for the first time, I felt like my life was on track. The weeks leading up to the fall semester, I was immensely happy. I thought back to when I was a teenager and how I didn't know anything about life. As I walked through the campus and learned where all the buildings were at, I slowly realized that there's so much left for me to prove, and before I knew it, everything was routine to me. I can no longer wait to be a HACC student - - I am a HACC student.” - Richard Perez, HACC Student/First-Generation College Student
