Application Data Credit/Fall Semester Source: Admissions Office Audited Student Data Files This section provides data on all first-time applicants and re-admitted students. It includes how many of the applicants actually enrolled for the Fall semester. It also reports the number of new students and re-admits. This includes the total number of applicants in each major for the Fall semester.
Student Population Demographics/Fall Semester Source: Audited Student Data Files This section provides student demographics data for the Fall semester. It includes the:
Mean Grade Point Average (Fall and Spring Semesters) and Course Completion by Division (Fall Semester) Source: Audited Student Data Files This section provides data on the college-wide mean grade point average. It includes the mean for both Fall and Spring semesters. It also includes the numbers of student course completion in each division. We break this information down by letter grade placement.
Headcount (Credit Courses) Source: Audited Student Data Files This section provides the number of full-time and part-time students for each semester. It reports the headcount by division for each semester. It also includes the headcount by major for each semester. It includes the percentage of change from the previous year.
Full Time Equivalent Student Data (Credit Courses) Source: Audited Student Data Files This section provides the number of full-time students and part-time FTE (full-time equivalent) students for each semester. It reports the FTE by division for each semester. It also includes the FTE by major for each semester. It includes the percentage of change from the previous year.
Credit Hour Data (Credit Courses) Source: Audited Student Data Files This section provides data on the average number of student credits. It provides this data for all full-time and part-time students. It also includes the total number of students and data by semester. It begins with the overall credit hour average for full- and part-time students. Then it provides a breakdown by major and division. It includes a percentage of change from the previous year.
Graduate Data (Credit) Source: Graduate List/Audited Student Data Files This section provides college-wide graduate data. The first subsection reports the number of graduates awarded. It includes diplomas, certificates and degrees. It also reports the percentage who graduated with honors, high honors and highest honors. The second subsection reports the number of graduates per year. It begins with the 1965-66 academic year. The third subsection reports the percentage of graduates with honors by year. It begins with the 1965-66 academic year.
History of All HC/FTE/Tuition (Credit) Source: Prior to 1999 —STD340 and Tuition & Fees Schedule From 1999-Present —Audited Student Data Files and Tuition & Fees Schedule This section provides data on the tuition cost per student. It is for residents of sponsoring school districts, beginning with 1964. It also reports full-time, part-time and total headcount. It includes FTE numbers for students enrolled from sponsoring school districts.
Noncredit Headcount and FTE Data Source: Calculation of EFTS Enrollment (provided by the Budget Office) This section provides data on the total non-credit headcount. It includes FTE enrollment numbers. It breaks information down by Fall, Spring and Summer semesters.
School District Data (Credit) Source: Audited Student Data Files, PDE This section provides data on school district enrollment for all campuses. It includes: 1. Number of students enrolled from each school district. It reports full-time and part-time headcount, full-time and part-time FTE, and percentage of total headcount. It organizes data by campus. It includes all school districts in each campus's service area. It also includes sponsoring school district enrollment at each campus. 2. School district graduates and post-secondary education rates. These are for the latest year available from the PA Department of Education. It organizes data by campus. It includes all school districts in each campus's service area. It also includes the number and percentage of post-secondary students who matriculate to HACC. The data is for students who start at HACC for the Fall term following their high school graduation.
Section Information for Fall and Spring Semesters Source: Enrollment Statistics Report This section provides data on the number of credit sections we offer. It divides the data by division and department. It includes the number and average number of students enrolled in each section.
Personnel Data –Semester Source: Human Resources This section provides data on various personnel areas. These include demographic profiles for Administrative full-time staff, full-time and adjunct faculty, and Classified staff. It also includes workload assignment statistics for full-time and adjunct faculty. It reports for the Fall semester only.
Professional Personnel Data Report Source: Human Resources This section provides the name, date of hire, rank, degree, division, tenure and discipline of all professional personnel. |
