The loss of a loved one or friend is heartbreaking. Donating to the HACC Foundation in their memory allows you to support causes that mattered to them and keep their legacy alive.

Family and friends are encouraged to contribute to the HACC Foundation in memory of ________________ [name of person].
Contributions can be made in the following ways:
- To give online, please visit hacc.edu/GiveNow and type “____________” [fund name] as the fund name.
- To contribute via check, please make the check payable to the HACC Foundation, write “____________” [name of the fund] on the memo line and mail it here:

The list of individuals and organizations who contributed to the HACC Foundation in support of the fund will be shared with the fund point of contact. The list will include the names and mailing addresses of the donors. The contribution amounts of the donors will NOT be shared with the fund point of contact.
