#HACCbrew Coming to York
YORK, Pa. - Something is brewing at HACC’s York Campus. In fall 2019, the Brewing Science Certificate Program is “hopping” from HACC’s Harrisburg Campus to our York Campus. HACC will partner with Aldus Brewing Company and Something Wicked Brewing Company, both in Hanover, and Collusion Tap Works in York.

The certificate program, in its fourth year, provides students with 200 hours of instruction from craft beer industry experts. Classes include Foundations of Beer Making, in which students create their own beer recipe, and Current Trends in the Beer Industry. Students also participate in a guaranteed 80-hour internship. Students have the opportunity to complete the certificate program in six months.

In April 2019, Brewing Science certificate students released Smash no. 55.
