According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, earners with an associate's degree make an average of $153 per week more than those with only a high school diploma.

Increased Opportunity

The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that employment in jobs that require an associate degree will grow at a rate of 11% over the next ten years, ahead of the growth rate for all jobs (7%) and jobs not requiring a degree (4%)

In-Demand Skills

Of employers surveyed by the NACE Center, 61% said they look for applicants with problem-solving skills. 61% look for job-seekers who can work in a team, and 50% value analytic and communications skills. HACC’s dynamic programs help you add those skills to your resume.

First Steps Towards a Higher Degree

Credits earned at HACC can usually count towards a four-year degree, and students who complete their associates degree at HACC may be eligible for guaranteed admission, waived application fees, and, in some cases, scholarships and other financial incentives when transferring into certain four-year degree programs.
