Price of attendance

- HACC's Net Price Calculator. This provides an approximate calculation of all associated fees. These include tuition, books, room and board, transportation and program costs.
Privacy of student records
The Family Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects students' educational records:
- Students rights under FERPA. Contact the Office of the Registrar at 717-221-1300, ext. 1675 for more information about your rights under FERPA.
- Refund schedule. HACC will follow this schedule when students drop or withdrawal from a class.
- Drop/Add Details. Students must formally drop or withdrawal from a class if they will no longer attend. We enforce drop/add requirements even if you paid tuition for the class.
