Enroll in HACC Payment Plan
HACC Payment Plan (HPP) allows you to pay your student bill in scheduled installments. The final installment will be due by the end of the term. It is advisable to have your certificate of residence posted to your student account prior to setting up the HPP. Enrollment fee of $30.00 is due at the time of enrollment per payment plan. Late fee of $15.00 may be applied for each late payment.
Term and condition agreement will be signed when enrolling in the payment plan, which includes the terms of the agreement and acknowledgement of ‘HACC reserves the right to adjust the payment plan amount that actually reflect tuition and fee charges, after the original enrollment date’. Plan adjustments may result from adding classes, additional fees or reduction or loss of financial aid. Increase in a plan amount may result in higher installment payments.
When can I enroll in the HPP?
- Fall HPP enrollment begins July 1 prior to the start of the term
- Winter no payment plan available
- Spring HPP enrollment begins the same day registration begins for the Spring term
- Summer HPP enrollment begins the same day registration begins for the Summer term

How do I enroll in HPP?
Log into myHACC > Select ‘Student’ tab > Registration/Records > Pay My Account
After enrollment you can view the terms and conditions of your obligations and will receive an email to your Hawkmail outlining the agreed-upon terms and conditions, due dates and payment amounts. System generated email reminder notifications will be sent for upcoming and/or missed payments.

Can my scheduled payments increase/decrease?
Adjustments to plan amounts to reflect actual tuition and fees charges may occur when adding/dropping courses, changes in authorized financial aid and other adjustments that are made to your student account.
How do I enroll in auto payments?
Students enrolled in payment plans have the option to enroll in auto payments. Payments will automatically be taken from your bank/credit card account on each payment due date. You may inactivate auto payments at any time or change payment preferences. You will receive emails notifying you of accepted or declined payments. Make sure you update credit card numbers and expiration dates accordingly.
