HACC now offers a fully online two-year associate degree in building construction management that prepares you for the growing demand in construction. Proudly YOURS, we are one of the only schools in the nation to offer this program fully online – and the only community college in Pennsylvania to provide the opportunity to complete the program online in two years.

The Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Building Construction Management will prepare you for entry-level positions in the construction and contracting field as a quantity take-off technician and estimator, scheduler, supervisor and construction inspector. Upon completion of your two years in this program, you will acquire the general knowledge of the overall construction process to enter the construction industry in a number of entry-level positions. The curriculum is supported with general education course in the communications, humanities, sciences and mathematics.
In addition to preparing you for entry into the workforce, you may decide to puruse a bachelor's degree in Technical Leadership, through HACC's articulation agreement with Bloomsburg University. Or, a bachelor's degree in Construction Management at four-year institutions.

Yes, your credits can transfer to a four-year college or university. We have designed our degree programs to be flexible enough to transfer to a wide variety of colleges and universities with no loss of credit. However, each individual college has their own unique program. We encourage you to select a four-year school as soon as possible. This will allow you to learn the transfer college’s program requirements so you can take the proper classes at HACC.

Anytime! We offer spring, summer and fall classes, and you can submit your application online. When you apply, please include the unique code for the Building Construction Management program. Including program code 4510 on your application ensures you apply to the correct HACC program.
