Transferring Your Credits

HACC may be just one piece of your larger educational journey. HACC will work with you to ensure that you receive appropriate credit for previous coursework, including experiences you’ve had outside a traditional college classroom. And when it’s time for you to take the next step, we’ll help you transfer the credits you’ve earned at HACC to a four-year college.

Update on Straighterline, Sophia and Study.com Credits

HACC is currently assessing the effectiveness of courses taken through Straighterline, Sophia and Study.com. We are also assessing the ability for students to succeed in HACC courses after having taken courses through Straighterline, Sophia and Study.com. During this period of evaluation, effective Sept. 27, 2024, HACC will not accept course credits taken through these providers. We will keep you posted. Thank you.
